UPDATE! I’ve now also used Paul to SELL my home! He made the process super easy, was always available for questions, and truly makes you feel like a part of the family. He kept me updated on all the happenings and is just a pure joy to work with!

I was convinced I would find a house without a realtor. Paul happened to be showing one of the homes I was looking at. His bright personality caught my attention immediately and his open communication hooked me. He helped me find my perfect first home and the entire journey felt like I was just spending time with a friend.

I had no idea what home buying consisted of but he walked me through each step of the process and answered the millions of questions I had, always with a smile. He made me feel like I was the ONLY client he had - and I know I wasn’t!

Long story short - I recommend him to anyone purchasing a home and I will be reaching out to him if I ever decide to sell my home. Plain and simple - he is the best there is.

Paul helped me quickly purchase a home sight unseen. It was mostly smooth with a few bumps here and there (as to be expected). The location is great, and the house has great potential. This will be our long term home. I'm excited to start our future here and begin our updates and upgrades soon.

Paul cares about you more as a family than as a client. He is definitely a go-getter, and got our house sold in 3 days!! The thoughtfulness that went into our homes description and the super catchy sign were added touches that I truly believe helped get our home sold quickly. Paul was always available to field our questions and reassure us that everything was going as planned. When thinking about a realtor, you definitely want someone like Paul who's not afraid to sell! Most of everything was done through text and email making it super easy for listing and selling. CALL PAUL!

The aura of this man's confidence will help you sell any house you need sold. I absolutely loved working with Paul period super personable wasn't afraid to ask for what we wanted and wasn't afraid to follow through and shoot high and get the job done. Couldn’t ask for anyone better!!! Paul Gray is someone to know. what he did for us helping us find our forever home believe it or not was a fun and the best experience we could of ask for. I wouldn't hesitate to give Paul Gray a high recommendation. I was anxious about selling the property which was 500 miles from my current location. He put me at ease right away, was patient with my many questions/concerns, gave me some good advice, and sold my property quickly. His advertising on the MLS was well worded, drawing much interest quickly, and wasn't the least deceptive despite the distressed condition of the property. I also appreciated Paul's updates and his easy accessibility by phone, texts, and emails.

This was our second home we purchased with Paul and we already plan to work with him again in the future. Paul is extremely personable and honest, which is something I really appreciate. He is patient and incredibly generous with his time. We were able to move quickly through our second time home buying process because of his efficiency.
