We met Paul Heim on an exploration trip to Boise in January 2012 and were very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and likeability. In March we indicated to Paul that we were planning to move to Boise, but did not have a move date set. Paul kept in contact with us, but never pushed or prodded. He gave us our space, but touched base every so often just to let us know that he was thinking about us and to let us know that he was there for us if needed. When we were in the final preparations of making the move, Paul supplied the name of a property management group that was instrumental in finding the perfect temporary home for us. When we arrived and again met with Paul, he made us feel like no time had passed between meetings. He remembered everything about my wife and I and made us feel welcome and at home. Through Paul we have met some great people. He steered us towards some property which is a perfect fit for our new home. He has made this purchase seem effortless and has helped guide us through the process of making the property ready to build on. We have a good friend who is planning on moving to Boise and we have wholeheartedly recommended Paul to our friend. We feel very fortunate to have met Paul and think of him now as not just our agent, but as a good friend.
