About Paul

Paul Hopper is the Owner and Managing Broker of Hopper Properties. Paul is a lifelong Mississippian and has lived in Madison County since 1992. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Management of Construction and Land Development. Upon graduation, Paul co-owned and managed Dry Fast, Inc., a water damage and mold remediation company. He is also a licensed Residential Builder through the MS State Board of Contractors and owner of Limekin Investments LLC, a real estate based investment company. Ownership and management of these companies gives Paul invaluable business experience and a wealth of knowledge that he still draws from today.
Paul obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in 2011 and began selling both residential and large acreage properties. He quickly found that real estate was his true passion, so in early 2014, Paul sold his interest in Dry Fast, Inc. and started his own brokerage firm, Hopper Properties. His experience in construction, disaster recovery, and mold remediation gives Paul a unique perspective and insight about properties that separates him from most other real estate personnel.
Paul and his wife Gina are the parents of a spoiled white lab named Alley. They reside in Gluckstadt and attend Pinelake Church at the Madison campus. Paul’s hobbies include working on his personal farm in Yazoo County, traveling, water sports, and tennis. He is also an avid outdoorsman who loves spending any spare time flyfishing the high country of the Rocky Mountains or chasing big game across the country with his bow.

Paul understands the value of properties in Mississippi and knows how to market and sell throughout the state. Paul has experience with selling all types of real estate. As an experienced specialist, Paul’s goal when working with sellers is to accentuate their property’s positive attributes and move their property quickly for the best possible value. His objective for buyers is to assist them in obtaining their dream property for the most competitive price available.
