Penny grew up in Mar Vista, attending Walgrove Avenue School and Mark Twain before moving to Dallas, TX for high school. Penny then embarked on a music business career that brought her back to LA to successfully promote acts like Aerosmith and Guns and Roses. Later, she would develop a niche in line producing for the feature film industry, before finally settling into real estate, where she found her passion; It moves her to be able to help clients transition through one of the most important times in their lives.
