5 stars all the way! Pete listened to what we wanted, found it and made it happen. He has lived and worked in the area for longer than most realtors can say in this town. The lender he partnered with was also great. He was honest about listing prices and wasn't just looking to grab a sale. Even after the moving in he has been checking in to ensure all is well in our new home. Through and through a pro and a joy to work with. We looked at a house and were in escrow less than 2 weeks later. He worked hard for us and it paid off! Would certainly work with him again. Thank you, Pete!

Pete is fantastic! He is very educated in Reno area real estate. His diligence, patience, and honesty is way beyond most agents. He constantly studies the market, attends seminars and listens to information with current trends in the market, and he brings that insight to his customers. He's your agent and friend and you will use him again and again. I have one sold and three more listed with Pete. Now my daughter is using him as an agent to purchase investment property.
