About Pete

Growing up in the lively San Francisco Bay Area as the youngest among five siblings was quite the adventure! Mom was my biggest cheerleader, supporting me in everything from playing make-believe to tackling homework and exploring my passion for music. Dad and I shared unforgettable moments fishing together and cheering on our favorite teams, the 49ers, Giants and Warriors. Family trips to Disneyland were epic, especially the marathon journey in our trusty station wagon (yes, all seven of us squeezed in!). Exploring museums and the coast was always a blast, sparking my love for nature, hiking and backpacking. And of course, I proudly wore the badge of being a band nerd throughout it all!

I made the leap to Colorado enticed by its vibrant active lifestyle, but little did I know it would soon become my whole world. It's not just about the breathtaking mountains and sprawling plains, but the vibrant tapestry of friendships woven from a blend of Colorado natives and fellow transplants. Endless sunshine, crisp dry snow, booming economy – they all play a part in living Colorado life. I have a feeling you already know exactly what I mean!

After earning my Bachelor's in Environmental Science from the University of California, I delved into a fulfilling two-decade journey in environmental regulatory affairs and project management. From serving with the EPA to collaborating with federal contractors and consulting firms, each role added depth to my expertise. While immensely rewarding, I eventually felt the urge for a change beyond the confines of the government sector.

Already owning rental properties, I made the leap into full-time real estate investing. I invested in myself through devouring books, attending classes, conducting research, seeking out mentors, and connecting with like-minded peers. Through the highs and lows, I gleaned invaluable lessons, which I continue to apply and share to this day. Amidst it all, one thing became abundantly clear: my true calling lies in serving others. Investing in people became my utmost priority as I discovered the joy of making a positive impact. In 2006, I obtained my real estate broker license, and in 2014, proudly became a Realtor® with the Number One brand in real estate: RE/MAX. Today, I find immense fulfillment in serving my clients with dedication and integrity, while also giving back to the community through volunteer efforts and event sponsorships.

Sharing my life with my wife, Judi, our daughter Isabella, and our beloved dogs Mesa & Moka, we fully embrace the vibrant "Colorado Lifestyle." Settling into our Golden home in 2006, our family rhythm revolved around Izzi's school engagements, gymnastics, competitive cheer and orchestra, spanning 18 vibrant years. Personally, I stay active through workouts, yoga, hiking, and mountain biking. I also enjoy festivals, live theater, relaxed coffee shop outings, and cozy movie nights.
