Peter Cathcart

Peter was raised in Albemarle County and is a graduate of Guilford College, where he studied abroad in Italy and Costa Rica and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies. With strong connections and a love for the area, Peter returned after graduating to become a fly fishing guide where he led trips all over the state. Through his work as a guide, he gained strong knowledge and appreciation for the area which he has carried over to his career in real estate. While in college, Peter worked for AskLandis, a local moving, downsizing, and decluttering company each summer while back home. Through that experience, he learned the importance of client care, especially during the moving process.

With family ties in local real estate, he knew one day he would follow suit. Peter is proud to call Charlottesville his home and is motivated to help others do the same. Peter is committed to representing your best interests and working closely with you throughout the entire process to deliver results and ensure a successful and enjoyable experience. In his spare time, he enjoys the endless activities that make Charlottesville an amazing place to live.
