Philip Walker

Originally from Liverpool, England, Phil Walker has called San Diego his home since 2008. He has enjoyed 25 years as a CEO and Finance Professional, founding Bathgate Business Finance in the UK and then Silverlink Funding in San Diego, helping business and real estate owners to secure capital to grow and thrive.

Partnering with Theresa Shay to form OCTAGON Real Estate was a natural transition, allowing them to complement my finance and business expertise with Theresa's 17+ years of real estate experience to provide our clients with exceptional service.

Phil received his BA in Economics from the University of Essex and his MBA from Manchester Business School.

Phil grew up in Liverpool, England, so naturally he is an avid Liverpool FC fan. His other sporting passion is golf, and he is very fortunate to be a member of The Farms and Royal Liverpool Golf Clubs.
