Prachi & MJ is absolutely the realtor team you want (and need) by your side in the Austin market. I'm a first-time buyer that's new to the area and this team's guidance and expertise made the entire process much less overwhelming than expected. I very quickly realized I was in good hands.They are excellent communicators, know the Austin area really well, and they are FAST! I can't recommend them enough and will absolutely seek their services for future real estate needs.

I used Prachi and MJ for not only the purchase of a newly built home, but also for the sale of the old one. It was a long process in helping to find options for lots and neighborhoods, but when we finally found it, they helped throughout the build process and guided through all the changes in the process (it had been over 20 years since our last new build!). Once that was done, it was on to selling the old house and they were honest and straightforward with the ins/outs of prepping the house for the sale. They were also helpful with negotiating side of things when a buyer made an offer. I appreciated them hanging in there throughout the buying/selling process and I would highly recommend them. We just bought our first home ever in Austin and were fortunate to work with Prachi. Prachi is the best realtor we could have hoped for. She took the time to understand our needs/wants/likes/dislikes and then showed us the communities and homes that matched our criteria. She stayed on top of it throughout the process and really helped us understand everything involved with purchasing a new house. She was extremely responsive, had great connections with builders and contractors, and knows her stuff! Prachi was a great realtor in helping me find my first home. She took the time to help me search through and visit several new build communities. She introduced me to several of her contacts for lending, insurance, inspections, etc. several of which I ended up using because they offered great service and a great price. Prachi stayed in touch, regularly checking in and making sure I was comfortable where we were in the process.
