Priya Patel-Rossetti

Priya was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky but has made her home in Lexington for the past 22 years. As the Broker at Big Blue Realty, Priya uses her knowledge and experience in the Central Kentucky real estate market to help clients find the perfect property. Priya truly enjoys her job and her recipe for success includes listening carefully to her client’s needs, paying close attention to detail, working hard for every client, and having the expertise in the real estate market that clients deserve. Her philosophy is to treat the people she meets in the business world as if they are her own family.

Priya understands how overwhelming real estate transactions can be and works hard to ensure that her clients feel comfortable during the buying and selling process. The real estate market can be a risky endeavor, but with Priya’s knowledge and experience, you will have the guidance to navigate through successfully! Priya graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and from the University of Phoenix with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Priya has over 10 years of experience working with commercial and residential real estate clients as well as 10 years of experience in property management. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, Lexington Bluegrass Associations of Realtors, and Young Realtors of the Bluegrass. In her spare time Priya enjoys spending time with her two daughters and helping her husband manage their rental and renovations businesses.
