Rachelle Souza

An accredited expert in the areas of commercial leasing and property management, co-founder Rachelle Souza provides Manzanita Ventures with a valuable knowledge base essential to leading the company’s commercial and property management divisions, as well as the company’s operational activity. Prior to joining Manzanita, Ms. Souza served as an asset manager for a leading development firm, where she managed more than 300,000 square feet of commercial development, while directing all accounting, planning and marketing functions. In addition to holding a California real estate license and state contractor’s license, she earned a BS degree in business administration from California State University, Fresno. She is currently working towards an MBA at California State University, Stanislaus and a California broker’s license.
