If you hired Rain Garcia as your Realtor, then most of your selling/buying part has been taken care of - that too within your timelines. Rain helped us both Buy and Sell our previous house. Both the times we had tight timelines, and Rain met the timelines both the times. She has put in lot of time, interest and efforts to help us find the right house the first time, and to find the right buyers the next time. She did a Fabulous Job the first time, so we immediately reached out to Rain when we needed to sell our house during our move. Rain has great Negotiation skills, without being pushy on both sides. She is VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL, and at the same time she can be YOUR EXTENDED FAMILY. She has since become our family and we are still in contact even after she helped us sell our house in Feb 2019.
She helped us buy and sell - 12245 N Ivanhoe Ct home.

Rain Garcia made selling my house very smooth. She is highly professional and very meticulous on paperwork. She knows her contracts and her pricing. I wanted to sell quickly, and she did it, and even got a bidding war going on my place. It sold for much more than asking price. Even in this precarious market, she was cool headed and kept the sale going. She kept up with the almost hourly changes our state threw at her. A very exemplary realtor with strong ethics!!

Rain is very personable and answered all our questions through out the selling process. We used Rain to list our townhome, 8794 Allison Dr, unit E, Arvada in May 2018. She set up an open house, signs on the road, flags, great pictures and we SOLD it that weekend! I would recommend her to our friends and any one who needs a realtor.
