A resident of the Denver area for over 40 years, Ranee knows the Denver market. Earning her real estate license in 1997, she has had considerable experience in corporate relocation. Selling real estate from Elbert to Jefferson counties and from Ken Caryl to Green Valley Ranch, along with Denver neighborhoods, has given her a broad knowledge of the Metro area.
As well as providing excellent service, Ranee's talent lies in her ability to listen. She is a skilled negotiator, and yet caring and people oriented as evidenced by her referral base. She has also worked in the property management field with a firm grasp on rental rates as well as pricing homes for sale. Ranee is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the Denver Board of Realtors. Earning her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation in 2005 makes her a valuable resource for senior services and products in addition to helping seniors with their life transitions.
In 2011 Ranee was awarded the CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) designation – the highest designation awarded to sales associates in residential sales. The CRS designation recognizes accomplishments in both experience and education.
When not selling real estate, you'll probably find Ranee on the dance floor as she is an avid fan of West Coast Swing, Ballroom, Country and Latin dance.
