Ray Duran Jr, 2nd generation real estate broker – started his Real Estate career in 1989 as a full time “Realtor”, proud to follow his father’s footsteps (Ramon Duran Sr, 1st generation Real Estate Broker) and has been selling Real Estate in the greater Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Bernardino County markets representing Sellers and Buyers ever since. Ray Jr has successfully sold close to 2000 homes and investments properties during his career and has achieved notoriety among many local and national Real Estate organizations as being one of the top performing Real Estate professionals in the United States. Ray Jr and his family team, having personally experienced at least 3 Real Estate market cycles, offer many years of Real Estate experience, marketing expertise, contract negotiation skills, accurate pricing valuations, home staging recommendations and vast knowledge in selling all types of Real Estate to include a family oriented customer service level that is second to none. Ray Jr is proud to works side by side with his wife Betty, his father Ramon Duran Sr, his son Ray Duran III, and his great staff, who together, offer a family style, multi-generational experience for our diverse clientele and local cultures.
