Rhoda has been in the real estate industry for over 22 years, since graduating from the University of Colorado with a BS in Finance. Her early career years were spent as a loan officer helping people with the financing of their home. Her occasional opportunity to help families select the best home for them was personally rewarding and resulted in a career change for her as a licensed real estate agent. Building on her unique experience with the financial side of real estate, she trained with some of the best and most successful agents in the industry and has been an independent agent since 2004. Over the last few years, she has been in the top 1% of independent realtors in the tri-state area. She has received numerous awards including the Pinnacle of Performance with the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and Ohio Association of Realtors. She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation and Military Relocation certification. Her personal experiences moving across the states and even out of the country, as well as building several homes has provided her with real-life insight into all the nuances of these important life events.
