Rico Devlin

As a Senior Broker and partner at LC Real Estate Group, Rico utilizes his experience in financial modeling, sale and lease negotiation, as well as project coordination to help clients find real estate investments that will increase wealth and add value to businesses and the community. Rico has built a network real estate associates and partners throughout Northern Colorado for the past eight years, which gives him an advantage to find the best real estate investments based on clients goals. Although Jerico is knowledgeable in many segments of commercial real estate, he specializes in Office and Industrial properties, with experience investments and Tenant/Landlord representation.

In 2022, Jerico looks to further his real estate knowledge by pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation education to develop mastery in the real estate industry. Rico has establish a relationship with the local communities by participating in Loveland Chamber of Commerce, Loveland Rotary Club, and other civic organizations and hopes to improve all the communities in Northern Colorado. He currently sits on the Loveland planning commission and is honored to be a small part of making Loveland a better place to live, work, and play.
If he is not serving the community through real estate or community projects, you can find Jerico in the mountains riding his snowboard, mountain biking, dirt biking, camping and fishing.
