Being a part of two larger previously bigger real estate firms and I can personally attest that Rob was the Best owner/broker that I worked for. At Big Blue, they truly take their fiduciary responsibility seriously, which is important because buyers and sellers put a lot of trust into there agent. Rob teaches what he preaches and truly cares about clients and his agents. Rob was personally always available to me when I needed anything and even took the time to go out on listing appointments with me. Rob has an amazing team to help also support the agent. If you are reading this and you are a new agent or an experienced one, give Rob a call about going to work for him. The Man knows his real estate business. If you need help with a listing appointment, Rob will go so far as to take the time out of his day to literally GO WITH the agent to help secure the listing, and NOT take your commission or make you split it. UNHEARD OF. Don't believe me? He literally did this for me, I can attest to it.

Oh and one last thing that may sound silly to those not in the industry but is huge to us: NO FUNNY BUSINESS WITH YOUR PAY PLAN. Period. End of story. It is in black and white, it is fair, it is competitive. You will never have any doubt how much you are going to make on a transaction, you get paid on the spot after closing, end of story. Some brokers make you wait, have no written pay plan, which enables them to pay you whatever the heck they want. Yes, those guys are out there. Some brokers change their pay plan the minute you start making too much money. Not Rob, I had the same pay plan for the entire time I was with Big Blue, never changed.

To sum it up: good, honest work environment. You will be able to feel good and take pride in what you are doing, and look your clients in the eye and feel good because to work here, all you have to do is do the right thing. You will never feel alone, you know you will have all the tools, training and support you need to be successful.

Thanks Rob for being a great mentor and friend. I will continue to send you all referrals to you as I start a new career choice in finance. Been a pleasure to work for you.

I am not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Rob and his team because of the incredible experience that I had with them. I purchased a live in investment property with Rob as my agent. Rob definitely went above and beyond my expectations for a real estate agent. Not only was he very helpful in finding the perfect property for my primary residence but he also knew his stuff on the investment side of things. Rob is not the type of agent that will just say whatever you want to hear to make you happy in the short term and he truly cares about his clients. Rob was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. He made us feel at ease every step of the way. He and his team were constantly sending us new listings that fit what we were looking for which was extremely helpful since narrowing everything down ourselves proved to be rather tricky. Rob was always 100% honest with us regarding everything, especially the quality and integrity of the houses we were looking at. He stood behind us when our offer was accepted and looked out for our best interest the whole time. Unfortunately, seeing the bad review from KYLE MCCRAITH, the sellers of our house seem to have misconstrued a situation at the closing in which THEIR actions almost lead to adjournment. Rob, being AMAZING as usual, was standing behind us as the sellers refused to abide by the initial agreements in the contract signed by both parties. As a matter of fact, Rob went out of his way and paid out of his own pocket for the work to be done that the sellers refused to do. He was always punctual and willing to accommodate my schedule for showings. My purchase was a long and bumpy road and Rob was always there to do whatever he could to help things run smoothly and sometimes just for encouragement.
