Robert Chambers is your local real estate professional in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. He has lived in many locations throughout the country, and when the Army finally moved him here in January 2008, he dug in and began to grow deep roots in the community because there was no other place he’d rather be. His military service is something he is proud of, and it spans an extended period. Robert first served in the U.S. Air Force from 1991-1995 and became a Veteran of Desert Storm, then served with the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and once more during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Robert completed his service to our country and its people by serving at his last duty station, in the U.S. Army Reserves at Fort Carson, in Colorado Springs.
After leaving the Reserves, Robert was a high-flying scholar for a period of time, making the Dean’s List, carrying a 4.0 GPA, and was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa. He absolutely loved studying and learning, and he continued to find ways to educate himself and learn something new every day. College was a dream, but then, he found his true love: a career in real estate. Robert continued with the same determination in real estate that he had applied to his studies in college and became Rookie of the Year by selling 37 homes and properties in my first year, also achieving the title of Mega Agent, a distinction earned for selling above a specific dollar volume of properties each year, a title Robert has been unwilling to relinquish from the time it was earned.
Real estate has allowed him to continue serving not only his fellow service members, both past and present, but also anyone looking to work with an honest, dependable, and competent advisor who will put their needs first. As an Army Leader, they had a credo that stated, “I will always place the needs of his Soldiers before his own,” and Robert carries that credo forward with a few changes. Robert's revised credo states, “I will always place the needs of my clients before my own,” and he is enthusiastic about it. Robert loves helping people get what they need and want, and he will not stop until my clients feel completely served and that he exceeded all expectations.
Real estate is his focus, his strength, his passion, and his livelihood. He loves sharing what he has learned over the years and puts all of his energy into serving his clients' needs. Robert will never falter or stray from his core values: honesty above all, service beyond measure. He has become a strong negotiator, and his clients can count on his protection of their assets, just as he worked to protect our great country.
