Ron Randel

Ron Randel has been a commercial real estate broker and developer for over 30 years. He is licensed in Colorado and New Mexico, and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation in 1978 to better assist his Investor clients.

Ron has an extensive network of contacts that he has cultivated by serving on a number of Realtor boards in a variety of positions, including: President of the Albuquerque Board of Realtors 1989-1999, President of the CCIM Colorado/Wyoming Chapter 2002-2003, on the Board of Directors for the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) from 2003-2004, and on the Board of Directors for the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR) for the 2004-2005 year. He has also been recognized by the DMCAR heavy hitters in both 2002 and 2003.

Ron continually strives to offer a superior level of service to all of his brokerage clients, and is always searching for new and innovative ways to market his client’s property. Through Ron’s contacts and experience, he was able to help WMG rank within the Top Ten in small office sales in the Denver area in 2003.
