His background spans brokerage, development, site selection, construction, appraisal, management, and finance. A graduate of the University at Buffalo with a degree in Finance, RJ began his career in wealth management, focusing on REIT investment strategies, before transitioning into real estate brokerage, development, and consulting.

Beyond real estate, RJ has spent the past decade dedicated to youth athletics. He is the Founding President and Head Coach of the Buffalo Rowing Club, one of North America’s top-ranked rowing programs.
