I have also worked with home remodeling, flipping, and investment analyses. I know how to analyze and manage risk for passive income properties and have ample resources for real estate investors. In addition, I'm very familiar with first-time buyer programs such as Neighbourhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA)- A program that helps individuals who are unable to qualify for traditional financing, CalFHA, and other government assistance programs. Furthermore, I work with Loan officers who have special Loan options for Nurses, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMTS, Teachers, Paramedics, Military Members, and City Employees.
