With Rudy as my agent, we put my home up for sale. Within days we had a bid and we accepted it. About a week before it closed the buyers found they couldn't afford my home and they dropped out. We dropped the price and a couple days later we had another buyer. This time, buyers were funded and purchased the home. Rudy also found another home (at a good price) for my grandson. With patience and perseverance, Rudy managed to make everything come together and house was sold, and my grandson had his place too. 2 Thumbs up for Rudy and his team.

Rudy was a big help to us in finding the home we wanted. He was patient with us and not pushy at all. When we saw the house we really liked but thought it was overpriced (5-year-old house), he showed us some new built homes in the same price range that didn’t check off as many of our boxes as did the 5-year-old house. We learned that just about everything is overpriced but we got the house we wanted and couldn’t be happier. You can’t go wrong working with Rudy!

What a great experience! I was looking to buy a place in this area but I lived in California. I cold-called half a dozen local realtors going off of reviews, but only ONE even responded- his assistant reached out quickly and Rudy immediately got to work. He was easy to work with because besides knowing his work, he's really, really smart. You know when you talk to someone and they instantly connect and know what you're talking about? Like that. He toured the properties via livestreaming with me and he had truly impressive knowledge base of everything to do with houses (inside and out). Plus he had to deal with someone with a completely different way of doing real estate coming from another state AND I didn't even know specifically where I wanted to buy even. I was challenging I'm sure. But I found Rudy to be quite intuitive and he quickly narrowed down ideal areas and homes. He actually only showed me houses I could truly see myself living in which to me is a miracle really (you usually have to kiss a lot of toads, lol)...Well, I got one! The first time I saw it in person I was already closed! I LOVE my house! I really got SO LUCKY to have found such a smart, connected, energetic and attentive realtor. I highly recommend Rudy Martinez for real estate needs throughout the area. Thank you Rudy!
