She was very prompt, attentive and communicative with the many details as they arose. Experience matters even when you think it is a routine transaction. Another benefit is her relationship with many tradesmen who respond to her very quickly to help her buyers. I’m not sure when she takes time off, because she was available and working on our issues days and weekends.

Selling a house is never fun and working with Sandra made it a lot less stressful than it might have been. Her experience, calm nature and common-sense approach, meant that we were able to sell our house quickly and easily and for the target price we wanted. She guided us to accept the right offer, even though there were other competitive offers on the table. She is professional and knowledgeable and really works hard for her clients, to provide them with the outcomes they are looking for. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everything is dealt with promptly by her, or the extended team assisting her. Sandra has assisted us in purchasing a Golden, Co home which had to be done remotely. The fierce "Seller's Market," with 30+ offers coming in and with few days to make a decision, was intense. All the while, we were doing this with Sandra through FaceTime as we were in another state.
Sandra was professional and responsive, stayed on top of the transactions, deadlines, and resourceful with her references (contractors, interior designer, etc.) to renovate the house on time.

Sandra is a delight to work with. She helped us every step of the way with the sale of our late parent's home. She is a wealth of knowledge and assisted with helping us locate professionals from cleaning services, to estate sale people to lawn maintenance help. She is on top of everything and made a very difficult and sad journey for us as easy as possible. We were even able to share a laugh or two as we went down memory lane with her on the history of the home. Not only all of that but she helped us get top dollar for our sale and coordinated over 150 showings in three days. I need more stars to give to Sandra! She took extra special, above and beyond care helping my Aunt sell her house. Multiple weeks of support, sorting, donating, helping my Aunt get ready to sell and then after we moved my Aunt near us Sandra got the empty house in selling order which was a huge amount of work. She listed the property smartly doing a 24 hour sale and we had 7 offers!! We were most excited to have a veteran and his family by the home! Sandra is the best realtor I have ever worked with and she understood how fragile my Aunt was and took care of things to make sure her stress around selling her home was taken care of too! I reached out to Sandra to sell my mother’s condominium in the Denver Tech Center. She was the perfect choice on every level! My mom has lived there for 23 years and is moving to senior housing, so having Sandra’s market expertise, patience and warm personality made the process much easier for my mom and for me. Sandra is absolutely the best Relator I have ever worked with. She is very responsive -- I always felt like I was her number 1 priority. She is also great at communication and follow through. Sandra kept on top of all the details (large and small) and kept me informed every step of the way.

Her communication and responsiveness are enough to warrant a glowing review, but Sandra also knows the market. She could speak knowledgeably about the area, showing me where shops, schools and rec centers were. That knowledge of the market also paid off for us when it came time to make an offer on a house. She was able to make recommendations for our offer that helped us find the perfect balance – we came out on top in a multiple bidder situation, but I still didn’t feel like I gave away the farm.

I heartily recommend Sandra for buying or selling a home!

My family was moving to the South Denver Metro area in the summer of 2015 and I needed an experienced realtor, one that knew the market and where to buy. Turned out that we came out later than planned in September 2015. Market was very hot, but Sandra had 21 homes for us to see that weekend. She knew actually what we wanted and the first house on Saturday was perfect. The others we looked at, were also as great too. We provided a offer that evening with plans to see more houses the next day. By 10:00 am the next day, the owners accepted our offer and Sandra worked through the entire closing process with us. She had three great home and system inspectors to review the house and we closed on schedule! We have purchased over 5 houses over the years in several states, but Sandra will always be our favorite realtor.

She knows the market, the builders and how to close on a deal. I highly recommend her to anyone. We love our house!!
