With over 20 years as a Realtor and full-time real estate professional, I have the knowledge and experience to assist with all real estate needs. My goal is to use my expertise, whether assisting in buying or selling property, to advise you and serve your best interest. I have lived in the 4 Corners area for over 30 years too... so have local familiarity with values plus an extensive resource network. I serve both La Plata and Montezuma counties for all types of properties, including residential, resort and ranch.

Buying or selling real estate is exciting and often one of the largest financial transactions in people's lives. Having become an ever-more complicated process it takes a proficiency in many disciplines: the local market, contracts, negotiations, and fulfilling all requirements and deadlines of the transaction. I provide great customer service and am an excellent communicator, handling every transaction ‘hands-on’ personally! I am consistently a top producer within the local MLS board. However, my satisfaction is in assisting with the successful purchase or sale of a property that my clients are sincerely happy with. That is my goal! I have plenty of References available.

In addition to real estate, my professional background is diverse; including tourism related businesses, resort management, home construction, natural resource management, facilitation and mediation ... all very useful in my career. I have also served as a County Planning Commissioner and on several boards. This is a such a vital and welcoming community to become a part of. For relaxation, I love adventuring in our San Juan Mountains (on foot and horseback), camping, running, boating, skiing, snowshoeing, yoga, and always exploring new territory; whether it’s the high desert or back country mountain peaks.
