Sarah is such an encredible person to work with! She is highly professional, with communicative skills that are unmatched, and works harder than most people in her field as well as very knowledgeable and a great leader in her quest to find and meet customer needs. I had the pleasure of working with her for months on the search of my new home. She met and surpassed all my expectations and was so kind and wonderful to work with and be under her guide. She made the search and transactions a breeze. Fun to work with! And had many great people She connected me with to help me along the away. Hands down to her great work and all she has done. If I had to do it all over again, Sarah Leader is at the top of my list. Also, Thank you so, much, Sarah, for encluding my precious little girl in the whole process. Sarah is a consummate real estate professional. She helped our transaction run smoothly in so many ways. Her network of trustworthy and amazing contractors were a God-send when we performed a minor renovation to prepare the listing for market. Sarah is always willing to lead with a servant-heart, and did anything she could to be helpful to all parties involved in this deal. Her communication is impeccable, and she added a ton of value to the transaction. It is rare to find a real estate agent who genuinely cares deeply for her clients, and respects all parties on both sides of the transaction. Sarah is the best!

WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! Sarah was absolutely AMAZING during our home buying process! She was extremely timely and responsive with her communication, negotiated the sale to everyone's satisfaction, and did all of the 'extras' to make the home one that everyone wanted! Professional cleaning and staging prior to the open house, along with making cookies and personal touches during the open house made all of the difference. The house was under contract within several days of being on the market, and Sarah received many calls about it afterwards as well. We truly owe it all to Sarah for making our dreams come true! Every week, she provides her sellers with "Homebot" house reports regarding current property values for both selling and buying. In addition to these reports, she has an experienced MODestate team for comparison perspectives and extra support advice. Most importantly, Sarah is congenial, diligent, and always available for questions via text or phone call (and that includes the break of dawn or late evenings when anxiety runs high during the buying and selling process). We started looking for a home some months ago, and the very first one we happened across was the beautiful home of Sarah's parents. Not only was this property gorgeous, but Sarah was, and is the most welcoming agent I have ever come across. Unfortunately, we were unlucky in securing Sarah's parents place, but super lucky that we secured her friendship and help buying the house we found a month later. Sarah must know her subject matter well, because she makes everything about the buying experience easy. She also knows enough of the right people that any obstacle you might come across is quickly and effortlessly navigated around. Sarah really should be someone you turn to if you want the house you are looking for, at the price you can afford. I can't thank you enough for making a potentially tricky sales process so straight forward.

I worked with Sarah to sell a house in Windsor and she was wonderful. She is friendly and enthusiastic, an outstanding partner to go through something as stressful as a house sale with and her advice made us more on the sale than we expected. We were selling just as the market started to shift last summer and there was a lot of uncertainty about how to negotiate, etc. She gave us excellent advice about getting the house ready for the sale, including what needed fixing and what did not and who to work with. She even helped out with some of that. And the people she worked with to stage it were amazing.

Sarah is the best realtor I have ever worked with and my gratitude for her knows no bounds. She is the definition of someone who goes above and beyond for her clients. I cannot possibly list how much she helped me through the process of selling my home. She is kind and truly listens to what her client is looking for- there is no pushing for more or less that what you want. She is very clear that she works for her clients, and will put their needs first every time. Sarah is knowledgeable and works with a very experienced team, so any questions I had were answered very quickly. As long as she is in this industry, I have no interest in ever engaging another realtor. It is not possible to be disappointed in her work because it is impeccable.
