Scott Phebus

Born and raised in sunny Southern California, Scott Phebus learned to love and always be outdoors whenever possible. He could usually be found hanging out at the beach, going to Disneyland with his family, or riding motorcycles in the desert. He just loved doing something. After attending college in Los Angeles, he moved to beautiful Colorado, and he was blessed with three beautiful children. Once he moved to Northern Colorado, he began a career in law enforcement with the Larimer County Sheriff’s Department and then the Fort Collins Police Department. It was during this time he learned a lot about integrity, teamwork, character, and commitment, some things he strives to improve upon every day. He believes law enforcement has prepared him for just about anything real estate can throw his way. “Don’t Panic” is his motto. Through the years, he has tried everything Colorado has to offer including skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, hunting, and camping to name a few. He promises to provide the utmost personal and professional customer service. In other words, Scott will be with you every step of the way.
