Sean Dougherty

Some of Sean’s REALTOR accomplishments include: member of the NAR Board of Directors & NAR Pro Standards Committee; Colorado Association of REALTORS VP of Legal and Risk & VP of Government Affairs & Advocacy, member of the CAR Board of Directors, Legislative Policy Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Chair of the Grievance Committee and past Chair of the Ratification Committee. In 2021, he was also the Northeast District Finalist for the Inaugural CAR Colorado Heart Award. He was President of the local Board and was also honored to be voted 2012 Fort Collins REALTOR of the Year and the 2014 Fort Collins Housing Hero Award.

In his local community, Sean served on the Larimer County Planning Commission for over 13 years, is a former Larimer County Commissioner, serves on the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce Local Legislative Affairs Committee, and has served on numerous City and County Boards and Committees. He is on the Board of Directors for Blue Federal Credit Union and volunteers as an Ambassador for the local charity Realities for Children.
