I had an exceptional experience working with Sep. Selling and buying a house can be a very stressful experience. Sep made the process easy and as smooth as possible, even fun at times. He is a fantastic communicator. He always listened to my questions and concerns carefully and responded thoughtfully. We had only one weekend to find a house in the South Bay last November. Moving cross country from New Jersey, the stakes were high. We saw 14 properties in two days. Sep Ebrahimi’s listing was the first we saw. It also happened to be the best for us. His professionalism and attentiveness surpassed that of his peers, and we fell in love with the house. We measured the rest of the properties against his, and it was no contest. Not just because of the house itself. His knowledge and experience, and respectful treatment, won the day. Unlike other realtors, he did not treat us with condescension or disinterest. He looks at you, not through you. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Sep or recommend him too highly. In our formerly hot market, many agents were content to get the listing and wait for the MLS to do their job for them. Not Sep. All agents use comps to arrive at an asking price but they are usually broad-spectrum encompassing a wide geographical area and many properties whose specs are not comparable. Not Sep. He is intimate with the Hill and he was prepared with a portfolio of a dozen properties, either currently on the market or recently sold, all within a block east or west of my property. This increased granularity enabled us to quickly agree on an asking price and a go forward strategy. While still in the “coming soon” phase, prior to hitting the MLS, we got a very legitimate offer comfortably above our asking price. Despite this, Sep insisted we go forward with making the house as presentable as possible which included trimming trees to enhance the view and policing the yard generally. Sep always answered his phone, was always available for a consult or to answer questions and generally make the end-to-end process as smooth, seamless and painless as possible. We not only closed with the original offer, avoiding a protracted negotiating process with many suitors, we did it more quickly than typical. In the past few years I have sold two properties, purchased two properties and had another on the market. None of the agents I dealt with brought the energy, level of expertise or experience that Sep brings to the table.

Calling Sep Ebrahimi to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. He recommended an excellent finance agent to assist in purchasing our new home, connected us with top-notch electricians and painters, plumbers, and sent us to an amazing crew of movers that made for a speedy transition and much stress reduction. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about Sep was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
It was a bit hectic and perhaps even traumatic to sell our beautiful house and move to a new and expensive beach front property. leaning on Sep during this transition sure made it a lot less stressful to say the least! Sep was always calm, listening to our every request for information. He was immediately responsive to our questions to help us in making a decision. . Every time we viewed a new property Sep would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Sep also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it.

We put our trust in Sep and it paid off. We LOVE OUR HOME!

We worked with Sep during Nov-Dec of last year for the third time. The last two time were when we bought our first ever house in 2013 and when we sold the same house in June of last year. This time, as always, he was very helpful, attentive, direct, and hard working in helping us out. After selling our first home, we were living in an apartment, and it was Sep who encouraged us to get back into the housing market and buy a place, by taking advantage of the low interest rate, which turned out to be the best decision we could have made.
This time we were looking for a house in Riverside county, about 50-60 miles away from our apartment and Sep’s office and house. We were also facing the COVID pandemic that would make every step of the process, including house tours, more challenging. Despite these difficulties, Sep worked very hard by contacting the seller agents, doing extra paper works due to COVID, and driving up to 70 miles to go with us to visit houses.
After finding the house we liked very much, he made the process very smooth and enjoyable for my family. He was quick in responding to our requests and questions, and getting answers from the seller’s agent.
We really love this house, as it has everything we wanted, like a dream house. My family and I are very appreciative of his hard work in this process, which gave us the peace of mind that we had the best support available any time we needed.
In the past, I have recommended Sep to several of my friends to buy or sell houses, and they have all been very happy. So, I would highly recommend him and his 5-star service to anybody who is looking to buy or sell a house. If you want a professional, passionate, dedicated, and honest agent, Sep is your guy.

We bought a very nice house in Corona in December of 2020 with help from Sep. This was the third time we worked with him in the past 7 years. As the previous times we were so happy to have him on our side. Just like our first purchase in 2013, and our first sale in May of 2020, he made the process very smooth and enjoyable for my family. This time, of course, was different because of the pandemic and challenges that comes with it, but throughout the process, Sep was still very responsive and quick in making appointments, preparing and submitting additional paperwork needed for house tours due to COVID-19. Once we found the house we liked, he was very persuasive in his negotiations with the seller to get us the best deal. During the process of escrow, he was also very helpful in following up with the seller’s agent to get quick answers regarding a variety of items.
The biggest challenge in the process this time was that we were looking for a new home in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. With the distant of 50 to 70 miles from his office, Sep was committed to be there with us during house tours, and several times after we made the deal, for inspection, walk through and other steps we needed to take, while he didn’t actually need to do so. His cooperation in this regard was very helpful in making the process stress-free and, same as the times before, gave us the peace of mind that we had the best support available to us any time we needed.
He kept us closely in the loop and paid close attention to our concerns and questions, while did not hesitate to bluntly share his professional advice to help us make wise decisions every step of the way.
I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Sep and his 5-star service to any of my friends and acquaintances, as I done so in the past resulting in very positive feedback about his services.

We were referred to Sep from one of our friends and we have to say we were thoroughly impressed from the start. He is extremely knowledgeable about the South Bay area and the housing market. While we gave Sep a list of homes we wanted to see, he also recommended a few homes that met our criteria and budget to look at. We loved one of the houses he recommended and put a bid for it.

During the buying process, Sep was extremely responsive and guided us as we put a bid and closed on our house. He made sure we understood everything that needed to be done, what needed to be signed, what to schedule, etc. In one instance, we needed to install something in order to meet safety requirements; Sep coordinated everything and got it done in a couple of days.

When you’re working with Sep, you’re not just working with a realtor. You’re working with someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and works for you. If you’re buying a home and need a realtor you can trust, then you cannot go wrong with Sep.

Sep is an amazing real estate agent. We had a house for rent during the pandemic. His fantastic interpersonal communicating skills and easy-going personality make him very pleasant to work with.
