Before entering real estate, Shannon graduated cum laude from University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration and went on to become marketing director and specialty events planner for Lehrer’s Flowers, honing her customer service and organizational skills. As a project manager and technical writer at TIORCO, a company specializing in oil and energy solutions, Shannon interacted with colleagues of all diverse backgrounds to create a collaborative, supportive office environment. For years, Shannon has volunteered with the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Foundation’s annual Ladies Tea, helping to raise funds for free mammograms and breast health education. Shannon and her team also consistently sponsor neighborhood food drives and youth sports programs.
