Sharon Nicholson

After receiving a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University, Sharon Nicholson gravitated toward her true passion - real estate. Within the first year as an agent, she was awarded Rookie of the Year at Beazer Homes in North Carolina. Several years later, both she and her partner opened their own home building company that strived in buying and developing land, designing floor plans, and building/selling homes. With her collective experience in realty, Sharon has been recognized as an Award-Winning Top Realtor amongst her brokerage. Her belief that every home is invaluable has allowed her to connect deeply to each and every one of her clients.
