Shaun Howell

Shaun has been in real estate since 2008. He really enjoys all the amazing people that he has had the opportunity to work with in this business. They are the reason he continues to grow and build his business. He thinks the highest honor in real estate is getting those referrals from past clients because he has earned their trust. He enjoys working with sellers, buyers, investors, developers, and schools. He works in both the Boise and Coeur d'Alene areas.

When he's not working, you will find him in beautiful places, hiking, mountain biking, playing pickleball, fishing, and rafting, mostly enjoying the beautiful outdoors. He is still a certified flight instructor for helicopters and loves to get out and fly at any opportunity. He is also a part owner of a brewpub in North Idaho. It has been a challenge and an awesome opportunity to diversify his interests.

He loves his wife of 21 years and his three sons, his extended family, and all of his friends. They are all amazing in their own way and give him such a solid foundation.
