Sheryl worked tirelessly for me in my efforts to find my perfect new home in Spokane. Once we found the house I wanted to place an offer on she was able to put together an offer package that lead the seller to take my offer. During the period where there are evaluations of the property the property inspector and eventually a conclusion of the property sale she demonstrated great knowledge of real estate law and negotiation skills. I highly recommend her as an agent can your efforts in any effort to find a new home or to sell one.
