A true Boise Native, Siera was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She's grown up and seen the Valley grow into an impressive, thriving community, that she's proud to call home. Yes, she's a Boise State Broncos fan, and yes, she has learned to love all of Idaho's fans. (Even Vandals!)
Siera is an expert negotiator. With 2 boys, ages 2 & 4, you must have mastered the art of negotiation. She also considers herself, a "Self Proclaimed Real Estate Guru". How does one reach the elite status of "guru" you might ask? Simple...eating, sleeping and living real estate over the past 10 plus years. (That, and it's just fun to say.) She also spends what free time she does have, reading, going to classes, and keeping up to date on all things real estate related, so she's always on her "A" game.
Her real estate career started in new construction where she was able to excel and quickly become a top producing agent among her peers. She has the hardware to prove it, but only pulls out the plaques & trophies on special occasions. Within the past several years, she has successfully transitioned into the re-sale market, as well as partnering with her hubby of 4 years, Anthony to create The Flores Group. She still finds herself frequently around her old stomping grounds, and enjoys helping buyers build new homes from the ground up.
Over the years, Siera has become a well respected agent, known throughout the Treasure Valley for her responsiveness and eagerness to get things done. She attributes it to her strong belief of the Golden Rule, as well as her work ethic. She strives to be the best at everything she does, and expects the same of her team.
When she's not slinging real estate, you can find Siera in standard "mom" gear (i.e. yoga pants and a semi clean t-shirt) chasing after her 2 young sons, Jax and Cruz. She's proud to say she rode that real estate roller coaster through the "down turn" and made it through to the other side!
