I 've been a Realtor® for 10 years:

Not long enough to be jaded,

Not too short to know the ropes.

I grew up in the San Fernando Valley, and live in Santa Clarita so I know Southern California real estate front to back.

I'm pleased to have earned KW VIP Properties Top 20 Agent status in 2014, and I'm near Top 10 in 2015.

I'm extremely interested in giving back, through tithing, fundraising and volunteering in the community. Recently, I donated funds for 2 young adults to have full scholarships for attending college in Armenia. The 1988 earthquake there set many citizens back by decades in their dreams to get ahead.

I also donate to The Paros Foundation, in memory of my late nephew, Marc Tognozzi, To date, The Paros Foundation has provided shoes to over 7,000 needy children in Armenia and the United States.

I love cooking, opera and selling homes. I work very hard for my clients, and truly put their needs as the only criteria I need to check each time I have a new client. I love Newhall and Santa Clarita. We raised our child here, and think its the best place in California to do so.
