About Spencer

Originally I worked at the front end of the housing market, as a staff geologist for a civil engineering firm. Drilling holes in raw land and writing reports for future developers to use and build upon. The reason I transitioned from the civil engineering field to real estate agency is because I began to see glimpses of how impactful the homebuying experience was and I craved to be part of that experience. I wanted to get involved in that process due to how fruitful and joyous my own experience was and I wanted to create that personal experience for potential investors. My background in science and data and design helped solidify that I would be able to give that knowledgeable, caring and joyous experience to potential investors. I am so excited to have the opportunity to assist potential investors in the homebuying (or selling) experience and cannot wait to bring a level of care, detail and knowledge that I was shown in my own process.
