Stephen Foster

Stephen is a Colorado Native and grew up in Dillon and Grand Junction Colorado. He attended Mesa State College and then served many years with the U.S. Marines. Following Stephen’s time traveling the World as a Marine, Stephen has spent over twenty years In New Mexico specializing in Real Estate Sales, Management, Leadership Training and Agent Development. Additionally, Stephen is certified as an instructor for Real Estate Professionals. Stephen’s passion is “helping others” whether he is helping Buyers or Sellers with all their real estate needs or individuals wanting to better themselves, that is what Stephen loves to do. Longing to return to Colorado and after falling in love with the Northern Colorado area, Stephen chose Loveland, Fort Collins to call home. After years of knowing John Simmons, Jesse Laner, and James Hagerman, he decided to take his knowledge and passion for real estate and work with C3 Real Estate Solutions. Outside of real estate Stephen strives to be an Ambassador for Positivity. Stephen started “Fostering Positivity” on a number of social media platforms and works closely with hundreds of people all around the globe encouraging Positivity and Success. Stephen has two amazing Children, Stephanie Georges who is the amazing mother of Stephen’s two grandchildren (Jacob and Madison) and married to another U.S. Marine Adam Georges and his amazing son Austin Foster (also a Marine). As Stephen would tell you “the apple does not fall far from the tree.” Some of Stephen’s interests and hobbies outside of business and real estate includes traveling, hunting, and fishing, escaping to the Colorado mountains. Stephen is looking forward to getting involved in Northern Colorado as he strives to continue Fostering Positivity and helping others become better and more successful.
