Steve Cordell

For the past 30 years, Steve has successfully assisted his clients in navigating through the maze of buying and selling real estate in Idaho. A true Idaho native, born and raised in the agricultural area of southwestern Idaho. Steve’s father was a career sales rep for Chevron’s Agricultural Chemical Division. His mother enjoyed a long career with Farm Credit Services. Steve attended the College of Southern Idaho where he was elected cross country team captain by his peers and later, he attended Boise State University.

As a career-dedicated real estate professional, Steve is a proud member of Team Realty and the Team Realty Land Group. A division of Team Realty, which is regarded as one of the most reputable real estate firms in Idaho. The
Land Group Specializes in agricultural-related properties, however, has the knowledge and ability to service development and hobby farms.

Steve quotes “I’m honored to serve my fellow Realtors, local and rural communities.” As a board member and Realtor, he works hard for private property owner’s rights and to serve the less fortunate, in his many volunteer efforts he has also supported the local community by coaching youth football at the elementary and middle school levels for nine years where he focused on skills and the importance of being a good citizen.

Steve understands our local agricultural way of life and recognizes the diverse lifestyles that Idaho has to offer, from a wilderness adventure in the great outdoors, to an urban-filled day of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Happily, wed for thirty-three years to his incredible wife Mary, he has been graciously blessed with three wonderful children, a son-in-law, and one grandchild. Steve’s oldest son Nick has now joined him as his business partner at Team Realty. In Steve’s spare time you will find him with his family or out in his garden and orchard. With his love for the great outdoors, he can be found chasing elk. He is a former two-time RMEF World Elk Calling Champion.
