Steven is the best realtor you could ever choose. He is honest, loyal, hardworking and an excellent communicator.

When I was selling my home, he made the process seamless and minimally intrusive. He brought in his team, including a repairmen, photographer and wonderful decorator. He worked around my schedule for showings, appraisals, etc. and was always available. He is well informed about market trends and perfectly set the asking price to accomplish my goal of selling quickly and maximizing my profit.

When I was looking for homes to buy, Steven listened to my preferences and curated a list of properties to see. When I found the property I absolutely needed to have, he made sure I did not overpay and negotiated a price well below what I was willing to pay. He brought in the best appraisers, including specialists, to make sure latent problems were identified and repaired at the seller’s cost.

Real estate transactions, especially those involving buying and selling a home, are stressful. Steven went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during the process. I would not hesitate to recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an agent.

Steven is incredible. He is one of the hardest working real estate agents I have ever worked with. He’s involved from the very beginning of any project. And he knows how to negotiate better than anyone I’ve ever seen. He got me so much more on my house than I was going to get. He just knows what he’s doing. I have done multiple transactions with Steven (both in a hot and cool market) and he was able to get me the best deal and smoothest outcome. He is professional and very cool headed - which I believe is necessary in making such large purchases. He is knowledgeable about areas, the market, the quality of construction & property and was also able to recommend excellent inspectors which was incredibly helpful.
