Mark and Sue were wonderful with helping us find our dream home. We looked at a handful of houses, and they were so patient. Sue was wonderful at pointing out both positive and negative components in the house. Mark was quick at emailing and answering all of our questions (and we had many).
We were contingent on selling our home, they got our house up on the market and sold it in 8 days!
We were so grateful for all of their hard work and help.

I had just relocated back to The Buffalo area from Washington DC and was eager to find a home close to both of my children and grand children. Mark and Susan were amazing. They took the time we needed with them and listened to our wants and concerns. They were very patient with us as we were very particular with what. We wanted and were working under a deadline. Mark and Susan really know their business and not only were very professional, but made a grueling process somewhat pleasurable in working with them. Although we were happy to finish the home buying process, we miss the time we spent with them during the process. Without a doubt I would contact them again if I ever decide to move again.

I had a building in Lockport N.Y. that I had tried to sell for several years with no results. I went through at least four real estate companies with zero success and frankly little interest on their part. We have just moved into our new condo, and we are so appreciative of everything that Susan and Mark have done for us as our real estate team. We met them early in our search, as they happened to be the listing agents for one of the very first places we looked at. That was our lucky day! We had several specific requirements that restricted the parameters of our search, and to complicate matters we were living in another state an 8-hour drive away. For these reasons, we felt we were rather difficult clients to work with - but Susan and Mark have always made us feel that it was an absolute pleasure to help us find our perfect place. They made themselves available when we could be in town and kept the lines of communication open at all times when we were not in town. Their motto, We are with you every step of the way is not just a slogan - it is simply the truth. We always knew when new listings came on the market, and any questions we had about a particular property would be researched and responded to in short order. Susan and Mark acknowledged our preferences and needs, they counseled us with their experience, and they educated us throughout the process.
