Susan Perryman started her real-estate career as the founder of Map Development, an innovative residential development firm. The boutique firm had its basic premise centering on transforming everyday life through building and marketing homes that reflect a sense of individualism. The firm very quickly established a repertoire of high-end, architecturally acclaimed properties. Susan spearheaded a trend in modern architectural movement that attracted design conscious clients including celebrity athletes, fashion designers and entertainment industry executives. Leveraging her background, she joined Hilton and Hyland to focus on real-estate sales. Her move to Hilton & Hyland created a slate to perfectly harmonize her architectural experience and her high-profile clientele with a firm that has visibility and access.

Susan’s extensive background in architectural and interior design, earned by building and selling numerous sophisticated homes gives her a competitive edge to be much more knowledgeable and informative to her clients. Her heightened business sense empowers her to demonstrate keen awareness, sound judgment, resourcefulness, and sharp negotiation skills.

On a personal note, Susan is a world traveler, an architectural enthusiast who lives in a Buff and Hensman mid-century modern home with her son who attends the Harvard Westlake School in LA.
