Suzanne Malmstrom

Suzanne has been a full time, top producing Realtor in the Boise area since 1993. She specializes in Relocation and in the resale of existing homes and Premier Properties. Her innovative, professional marketing plan is specifically tailored to each home that she lists and its prospective buyers.

Suzanne has been a Member of the Circle of Excellence since 1995 and her annual sales volume ranks among the highest in Ada County. She has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. Realtors who receive this designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Less than 4% of all Realtors have earned the CRS designation. However, the statistic that she is most proud of is that 95% of her business comes from repeat clients and from referrals from past clients and business associates.

Suzanne is an Idaho native and have lived in Boise since 1973. She graduated from Boise State University in 1979 (Business). After college graduation, she delayed getting a “real job” for a few years and it is a decision She will never regret. She spent time on the beaches of Maui, on the ski slopes of Bogus Basin, and operated a fishing lodge at world renowned Henry's Lake in eastern Idaho. Before becoming a Realtor, she spent ten years as a National Account Manager at Sysco Food Service Supply.
