Thomas & Tyler LLC is a family-owned company with a successful track record in the acquisition and management of investment real estate. Founded in 1994 by T. Drew Notestine, M. Tyler Notestine and Mark E. Notestine the firm is now based in Greeley, CO and managed by brothers Drew and Ty with other family members actively involved as investors and strategic partners. Both brothers are Colorado natives and both graduated from the University of Colorado College of Business in Boulder, CO. Ty and his family enjoy calling Greeley home and Drew is a proud native of Greeley now living in the heart of downtown Greeley.
