If you want to sell your home with one of the best then I would suggest Tanya Starkel. Her professionalism shined as she treated our home as her own when we went to list with her. She provided professinal photography to showcase our home in a beautiful brochure. In addition, a home stager was provided at no cost to us, who came and gave many great tips of ways to make our home more buyer friendly. She was eager to help, and always delivered whatever was promised. She realisitcly went over the home market with us, so we could value our home at a competitive but fair price.

I have to admit that we were picky home shoppers. We were looking for a house in an specific neighborhood, with specific number of rooms, bathrooms, garage, school district, square footage, not to old, not too new, etc, etc..

Excellent choice for your real estate needs. We were out of town buyers and were not physically in Spokane. Tanya and Mckenzie provided us with excellent service, they went to the houses that we wanted to look at and facetimed us so we could tour the house. they answered our calls and messages promptly, they answered all of our questions and did all of the leg work for us to purchase our home. Tanya and her team are INCREDIBLE! I cannot begin to tell you how relieved I was when I first met her. There was no pressure to go with her as my agent, as she knew I was looking for a "second opinion." She asked me how I preferred to communicate--text, email, or phone. I felt like the two transactions we just completed truly showed the importance of having the right realtor. Avenue Stone broke a record with the sale of our house price wise. The pictures were stunning and their marketing is so beautiful and well thought through. They are so incredibly thorough when dealing with the contracts and with the other realtors. It appeared on both ends that our realtor had to help the other realtors to do their part of the transaction. I felt safe, protected and well informed the whole way through. I feel really sad for people who chose to go with any company besides Avenue Stone because they truly make the process less stressful and more enjoyable. We have worked with several realtors in Spokane over the years and Tanya was by FAR the most professional and effective. I first contacted her months before I was ready to start the process of selling my home and she followed up with me periodically without being pushy. When it was time to sell, we did not live in Spokane and she handled the entire process remotely (a skill that comes in handy now that “remote” is recommended because of COVID whether you are in Spokane or not!). She remained calm and reassuring when we encountered “speed bumps” with the buyers. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who knows what she’s doing.

Tanya delivered excellent service and marketing skills. She hired a professional home stager, videographer, and photographer. My sister and I were absentee owners our mother's house in Spokane as a rental for 10 years. It was old, beat up and basically a dump. Tanya helped me clean, repair, prune, and paint throughout to just make it presentable. After 3 months we were finally able to get it on the market.
