Then when we decided to upgrade she was there to sell our home (in one day) and is coordinating the purchase of our new build. We couldn’t ask for a better person. We recently worked with Tera Hudson during our relocation to Boise. We had thought that finding the perfect house prior to moving into the state would be a huge challenge. This was not the case. We were sent all the new listings that met our criteria, and she would go view the properties while video calling us. When we met her in person we would spend the day touring homes with her, and it was as though we had known her for years. She is extremely personable, and very down to earth. She was always available to take our calls, or return our emails. She listened and advised in a very thoughtful manner. We were very impressed by her knowledge of the current real estate climate in the state of Idaho, as well as the top home builders in the area. She also knows a lot about construction herself, and would point out both the quality features in a home, and areas of concern that needed work etc. She helped us find our home within weeks, and expertly navigated the offer submission process that included multiple offers for the property we were interested in. Tera gets our highest recommendation, and we would work with her again without any hesitation.

We first met Tera by chance. We were in a neighborhood looking around and there was a home for sale. We thought we would give the agent a call and that agent was Tera. We asked Tera about the home for sale. The home was not what we were looking for.  I’m not sure what happened next but we started talking about the neighborhood  and Tera was very informative and helpful. She asked if she could show us another house under construction. Next thing I knew we were filling out the paperwork to make an offer and short after that we were under contract. Tera was professional, prompt, and attentive to our needs. The process was a blur but all the paperwork and deadlines were met.

Are you like me and thought you could buy a house and not need a realtor? Tera Hudson proved that not only is a real estate agent helpful but in every way necessary! I couldn't believe just how much she did to find us the best home. From day 1 of meeting her we knew that we were finally going to make progress in home buying, after nearly a year of trying to buy without one. She worked diligently and knowledgeably to find us exactly what we were looking for and in some instances helped us narrow down what we wanted when it came down to things we hadn't considered before. Combine all of this and add on zero pressure and a happy personality? You really wont find someone as perfect to work with as Tera. Call her and you will be glad you did for years to come.

Tera was an awesome realtor! I was quite picky with what I wanted in a home and she didn’t give up. She was continually on the lookout for places that would fit my description. We ended up going with a new build and she was there all the way making sure that things went smooth with the build and the house was quality with no issues. We did have an issue with one of the showers and Tera went above and beyond helping me remedy it with the build after I had already moved into the home. I would highly recommend Tera. She is very personable and really cares about helping you find what your

I cannot emphasize enough how much my husband and I enjoyed working with Tera during our relocation from the Seattle area to Star, Idaho. This move hopefully was to our final home, so we had very high expectations. Tera never failed to show us homes of interest (over 40) during infrequent visits and even sent videos when we were not available. She made sure she received feedback from both of us so she could represent us well.
While we were busy readying our Seattle home for market, Tera was our eyes and ears in Idaho. She helped locate a new property in Star on which we decided to build. She represented us through the build process, worked closely with the builder and contractors to answer their questions, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
It's rare to meet such a genuinely kind and caring person, and Tera was exactly who we needed to navigate us through this challenging year. She never failed to return a call or answer a text, or to follow through on a detail. She's the best!

Tera is the consummate professional. She knows her profession well, is extremely competent and is a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the current very competitive real estate market. But even more then that, you’ll think she is the best friend you never had because she cares so much about her clients…..who else would express gratitude at being stuck in an airport on her family vacation so she would have time to put in an offer for her clients between flights?!? Tera took the time to know our family, our wants, needs, situation, and scoured the market to find the perfect place for us in record time. And it didn’t end there.
