When my husband and I started the home search/home buying process for the first time we were so overwhelmed, we had the pre-approval, but that was the easy part. We contacted a few agents before Teresa, but they were not very responsive nor accommodating. Then we found Teresa through a friend. The monet we got off the phone with her we felt a sigh of relief because we knew we had fou d someone who was going to make this process as easy as she possibly could, we also knew she'd be the one to find us our home. This market did not make things easy for us or for her but she seriously went above and beyond to help my family find our dream home. Teresa pulled out all the stops everytime we made an offer. She even walked us through every word of our offer and explained every detail to ease our concerns. We have two little boys that tagged along during the whole process and she she made it so easy and fun for them as well. When one of our any offers was finally accepted she made it happen! She worked late hours and made.phone calls she didn't even have to make just to make sure this process was flawless for not only us as the buyer but for the seller as well. I cant say enough positive things about Teresa. She's is not only a wonderful agent but she's a life long friend as well.

Teresa helped me with three real estate transactions over the past few years. The fact that I had her represent me in all three instances speaks to the confindence and trust I had in her. Each time, everything went so smoothly. I sold my personal residence and bought a new one, and most recently she helped me sell my mom's home in a trust/estate sale. The two homes I put on the market were sold in a week's time! And we closed escrow on my purchase in 16 days, a feat that should have been impossible! Somehow, she made it happen. Teresa's trustworthiness, professionalism, expertise and wealth of knowledge made working with her a piece of cake! I highly recommend her!

Teresa went above and beyond what you would expect a realtor to do. From helping us sell our personal belongings to watering our plants. You name it and she was always up to the task. We had moved from a farm so we had a lot of items to liquidate. She did the advertising for the sale and actually with her husband, helped us with the sale and clean up after! She is an absolutely wonderful person to work with!!! All of the above and more! I can't say enough about how grateful my husband and I are for having Teresa sell our home! I would recommend Teresa Hobbs to anyone interested in selling or buying a house. She is professional, listens to you, and does whatever it takes to help you sell or buy your property. One of a kind!!

Teresa was the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of having. She took the time, and made every effort to ensure I was taken care of. Answered my many questions at any given time of the night, and went the extra mile to help make sure I knew what to expect with buying and selling.
