Terri Tsuchida

Terri’s real estate career started in La Jolla, California, in 1992--the beginning of a major market downturn which lasted several years. She and her husband had just moved from Tokyo to take advantage of real estate opportunities. Initially, most of her and her husband’s clients were international buyers of investment luxury properties. In 2003 the Tsuchida family moved to the South Bay and have loved living here ever since.
