Terrie MacNicol

Being on many different sides of real estate, both personally and professionally, has enhanced Terrie's expertise in finding solutions for many different buyers’ and sellers’ needs, consulting on investment strategies, and marketing properties. While this has led to a vast experience in handling the many different aspects of the real estate transaction process, Terrie also uses her creative problem solving and negotiating skills as needed to close the deal as smoothly as possible.

Terrie loves working with clients and building long term relationships and partnerships. It’s important that her clients find the perfect fit for their home, business and investment goals. In addition, Terrie is passionate about training and mentoring agents, while continuing to learn and grow personally and professionally.

When not in the office, you can find Terrie gardening, traveling, enjoying many different outdoor activities or spending time with her dog Izzy, family and friends. She is also very active within the community donating time to local charities and causes.
