Terry has stayed in touch this whole time always there if we need him. Terry does not make claims he cannot backup and will try to help if he can. Treats you like family.

Terry was amazing. I was a first time home buyer and very nervous. I made a list of things my home must have (fenced yard, two car garage, etc.) Along with a list of things that would be nice but not required. He was quick to find homes that had all of my required items and that were within my budget. He was not pushy and really listened to me, with that being said he showed us 3 houses and the 3rd one we made an offer and purchased. He did not rush nor push me in any direction that did not benefit me. I had some problems with my lender and at the last minute the sellers agent required is to switch lenders in order to extend the contract, me thinking Terry had done his job already as he found the home and showed us the homes we wanted however this is when he went above and beyond to line me up with a new lender and he did everything he could to get all documents and everything in order for the new lender, he offered to even pick up documents if I wasn't able to get them to the lender. With the new lender he lined up and all his extra efforts we were able to close with the new lender within 15 days. He is outstanding to work with and i recommend him to family, friends and strangers who are looking! You would not be disappointed working with him!
