As the daughter of a home builder, Kari Barnes always knew she would be in the real estate industry in one facet or another. Kari received a degree in finance and real estate and in 2004 jumped from finance to real estate. Over the years the joy of her clients is what makes her love this industry. Kari is a fifth generation Coloradan and has lived across the front range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.

Fritz served as an Air Force officer for 26 years. He brings practical real estate experience to the table, buying and selling several residential properties, facilitating numerous mortgage refinances, and managing rental properties. Also, a fifth generation Coloradan, Fritz loves sharing his knowledge of our incredible state and all it has to offer. In his military career Fritz planned and led complex missions around the world and is excited to use those management skills and attention to detail to get the most out of your real estate transactions. An extensive career in the Air Force has also led to strong connections with military families all over the country, which he can use to provide clients with more options for their property.
