Theodore 'Ted' Fleming

Ted is keenly aware of how challenging it can be for people to buy or sell a home. It's a big step, a major commitment, and one of the most demanding experiences in life. Ted attended Indiana University majoring in Political Science in the Pre-Law program. He moved to California shortly after graduation and took a job with a construction team focused on demolition and remodeling. The years Ted worked in this field gave him insight into the building of structures and the key components of successful investments. Ted also worked in a law firm where he contributed to the successful resolution of a high-profile case involving construction and development fraud.

Armed with the knowledge he accrued in construction and law, Ted purchased a "fixer" in the hills of Studio City and income property in his home state of Indiana. Through these transactions it became clear to him that he wanted to be involved in Real Estate on a full-time basis. This realization was the catalyst that brought Ted to Rodeo Realty.

Ted is amiable, energetic, and service oriented. His core clients are within the Los Angeles Real Estate market, but he has represented both buyers and sellers throughout the Southern California area.
